Quick care guide
Looking after your La La Luna pieces helps extend their lifespan and keeps them ready for every swim day, rainy walk and little outdoor adventure.
- Rinse flotation vests, water shoes and swim accessories with fresh water after pool or salt-water use.
- Remove sand, grit and debris before drying or storing.
- Dry fully in the shade before placing items in bags, cupboards or storage tubs.
- Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, tumble drying, ironing or direct high heat.
Regular maintenance & inspection
Before each use, take a moment to check the product carefully. This is especially important for flotation and swim products.
- Check for wear and tear, including rips, fraying, punctures or fabric damage.
- Inspect seams, stitching, straps and buckle attachment points.
- Look for fading, brittleness or discolouration caused by sun, chlorine or age.
- Test buckles, fastenings and closures to make sure everything is secure and working correctly.
Important: Do not use any flotation or swim product if it appears damaged, weakened, loose, leaking or no longer secure.
When to replace your flotation vest
Replace your flotation vest or swim aid if you notice any damage or change in performance. Safety and fit should always come first.

- Store in a cool, dry place after the product is completely dry.
- Keep away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Avoid leaving swim or rainwear products in hot cars for long periods.
- Do not store wet items in sealed bags, as moisture can affect materials over time.

Does warranty cover normal wear and tear?+
Warranty support is assessed case by case. Normal wear, misuse, incorrect storage, accidental damage and damage from harsh care may not be covered.
Can chlorine, salt or sun affect products over time?+
Yes. Chlorine, salt and sun exposure can affect fabrics, straps and materials over time. Rinsing, drying and storing correctly helps extend product life.
