What sizes are available?+
Size availability depends on the product. For the most accurate fit, check the size guide before purchasing.
What if my child is between sizes?+
We usually recommend sizing up, especially for rainwear, gumboots and pieces designed to allow layering or growing room.
Where can I find measurements?+
You can find product measurements on our Size Guide page. All measurements are shown in centimetres.
Water Wings
Are La La Luna Water Wings safe for children?+
Water Wings are designed to support confidence in the water, but they are not a life-saving device. Children must always be supervised by an adult around water.
Are Water Wings the same as a life jacket?+
No. Water Wings are a swim aid and confidence support product. They are not a substitute for supervision, swim lessons or an approved life jacket where one is required.
How do I fit Water Wings correctly?+
Fit should be snug and secure without restricting movement. Always check straps, buckles and comfort before entering the water.
Shipping
How much is shipping?+
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free AU shipping may apply when your order meets the current free-shipping threshold.
How quickly will my order be sent?+
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Same-day dispatch may be available where possible, depending on order time and fulfilment capacity.
Do you ship internationally?+

Care & warranty
How should I clean and store my products?+
Rinse after use where needed, allow items to dry completely, and store away from direct sunlight when not in use. Always follow the care instructions for each product.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Warranty coverage depends on the product and issue. If something does not seem right, contact us with your order details and photos so we can review it.
How do I make my Water Wings last longer?+
Rinse after pool or salt-water use, dry thoroughly before storage, avoid rough surfaces and check buckles, straps and seams regularly.
